In terms of project management, according to the characteristics of the industry, we carry out complete management and technical control in terms of product requirements definition, conceptual design, design review, first sample review, design perfection, production application, product testing and batch verification, etc., and fully control the successful factors of project management, including time, cost and quality. Technology Standard

In terms of professional technical standard knowledge, we collect and study the relevant industry/national standards in the target customer market, including American ANSI/BHMA series locks and hardware series standards, Australian AS series security doors and locks standards, European BS EN series locks and door control hardware series, and have already listed GB and GA series tables in China. The content covers the technical index requirements of mechanical properties, physical strength, operability and environment.

In order to meet the high standards of target customers and mandatory market requirements, we pay attention to the continuous improvement of technical experience and development ability in related fields when selecting team members. Inspection Control 

The verification of products needs to be based on relevant hardware and software conditions. As an important link in the development process, product verification is essential. By setting up our own verification means and making rational use of external third-party resources, we have established basic means from physical performance and mechanical strength to environmental testing. Some of the testing equipment is specially developed for the professional market and is suitable for the standards of relevant countries.
